Windows OS and applications support for large institution's internal customers.  Customer service and Technical proficiency demonstrated in formal business environment.  Open tickets and escalate to senior team members if required.

 

Desired Qualifications:

AS degree  or equivalent in IT field with proficiency in user support functions.

 

Salary and Benefits:

$43,680-$52,000,  depending on experience.
